Infinite Campus Portal:

The District has enabled the Infinite Campus 'Forgot your Password/User Name' links.  Upon logging onto your PARENT portal account, you will be asked to enter your Account Security Email.  This can be any email address to which you have access.  It does not need to be the email address you have on file.  The Account Security password needs to be your PARENT portal password.  This is a one-time prompt so that you can recover your forgotten user name and/or password.  This Account Security Email must be entered before you can use the 'Forgot Password/User Name' links.


Only a student's legal guardian may request the portal information for their student.


STUDENTS:

  • You can log onto your STUDENT portal account using your Franklin Township Network user name and password.  Any of your teachers can provide this information or you can email ichelp@ftscs.k12.in.us from an email address that is on file with the school district.


PARENTS:

  • If you are new to the district and need your PARENT portal log on information for the first time, please send an email to ichelp@ftcsc.k12.in.us, from the email address that is on file with the school district.
  • If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, please click the 'Forgot your password' or 'Forgot your user name' links.  If you are still having trouble, please follow the instructions in the 'Problems logging in' link.


Parents/Legal guardians:

  • Please use your PARENT account to log onto the portal to view your student(s) information and view any messages sent by your child's school.
  • You can access the Existing Student Online Registration forms from your PARENT portal account.
  • To update address, phone, email or emergency contacts, please log onto your PARENT account from a desktop/laptop to make any changes.  At this time, making demographic changes from the Mobile App is NOT available.


Address changes:

If you have moved, before we can update your address in our Student Information System, you will need to provide new proof of residency. This new proof of residency must be brought to Central Office at 6141 S. Franklin Rd, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.  Acceptable documents are a current utility bill AND a current mortgage or lease agreement.  If you have any questions regarding an address change, please call Central Office at (317) 862-2411, and ask for Registration.



Mobile Apps:

Students/Parents - If you want to use one of the Campus Portal Mobile Apps, the District ID is NXRZSN.

Parents - If you use a mobile App, you must log on using your PARENT portal account information.
